After 35 years of experience in leadership and management experience, Errol, saw the need to build a strong network that will provide leadership and management solutions to challenged individuals, entities, enterprises and institutions. With vast experience in networking, research and innovation, training and development, organizational development as well as coaching and mentoring, the founder and Chief Executive of Jethro Governance Solutions holds two Masters degrees, one in Counselling and Psychology (Ohio, USA) and the other in Politics and Political Economy (Nelson Mandela University, RSA). As former CEO of the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority, Errol has established a strong footprint in the education and training, energy, water, and environment sectors with a network straddling Africa, Asia, Europe, and the USA.
JGS adopted as its philosophy the “Care and Growth” model of people and leadership development. The principles of this model have applications far wider than organizational management, because they are based on universal values. According to Stephen Maynard, the power behind this model lies in the way in which it releases humanity; it not only works, but has had proven success in the field of industrial relations in South Africa.
